DUE DATE: OCTOBER 5TH!!!
OMG!!! OMG!!!! Today was the most amazing day ever for both Ryan and I. We heard our baby's heartbeat!! Simply amazing. I started to cry, it was just so emotional yet an indescribable moment. Ryan kept smiling and kissing my hand. It was so sweet and heartfelt.
I am 11 and a half weeks! Almost done with my first trimester! We could not believe it! We thought we were around the 9 week mark! Geez!! My due date is 10/5. That is two days after my dad and aunt's birthday (twins). Oh, and yes, thank goodness it was only ONE baby!! Yay!!!
I will be posting the photos up tomorrow from the ultrasound. Ryan thinks the baby's leg was his you know what! So funny! :)
My next dr's appt is 4/13, hopefully we can find out the baby's sex by then, because I will be about 15 weeks!!
Now it feels so real, I mean there was an actual baby on the screen with legs and arms and everything! The heartbeat....I am going to cry again! We could not be more excited. We are so blessed to have a so far so healthy baby!

WE ARE PREGNANT!!!
So last Sunday after feeling really weird (symptoms of pregnancy), I got this instinct to take a pregnancy test. And what do you know?? It was positive as well as the other one...just in case. hehehe.
I called Ryan and he was super excited! You know he wanted to have kids like 2 years ago! But we were in complete shock! We were not planning on trying until later in the year, around fall and I was still on contraception. We seriously could not believe it!
We understand that this is definitely a blessing in disguise and TOTALLY meant to be.
Our parents, families and friends could not be more excited for us! My mom is already sending me pictures of baby cribs! A few nights ago, we were at Dave & Patti's with Jen and Greg arguing over baby names!!
I think I am about 8 weeks along, but we will see when I go to the dr's on Thursday! Twins run on my side of the family....so we are seriously hoping this is not the case!!! Could you imagine!! Ahhh! But if so, we are doubly blessed! Then I won't have to go through pregnancy again...that is, if I have a boy and a girl!
It is truly a happy time for us as well as our families! 2009 is off to a great start....the wedding of The Duke & Duchess (Greg & Jen) on 9/26, Dave and Patti's 30th wedding anniversary in June, and a BABY in October or November!!!!

My wonderful sister, Jennifer, is engaged to Greg!! Yay!! Congrats!!!
Their weddding date is September 26th! Both of us are sooooo happy for the two of you! You guys definitely got that love at first sight! We are super excited for your wedding!
Sorry that I am going to be a whale in my bridesmaid dress! :)
